Staff Sergeant Robert "Dennis" Brown was a member of the 246th PSYOP Company in during 1967-1968. He was first attached to the 11th Armored Cavalry Regiment and later the 25th Infantry Division. He recalls dropping leaflets daily from U-10 Courier aircraft, C-47 Skytrain aircraft, and UH-1D Huey helicopters. He also regularly played Cheiu Hoi tapes. He was involved in various “hearts and minds” projects such as Medical Civil Action Programs (MEDCAP) with Military Assistance Command (MACV) and Special Forces teams. He says he doesn’t know how successful his efforts were, but he did get positive feedback on one occasion:
