I dont believe cannabis is a performance enhancing drug because if i smoked 2 puffs before i hit the gym i would have to exercise long enough to burn off the buzz of the cannabis or i was weak and i couldnt lift very well. However once the effects of the cannabis burned off i was able to continue with my normal workout. It could give you the munchies so i would suggest if you are training and smoking that you reach for healthier choice munchies like protein, fruits and vegetables. All isnt lost as there are things called cheat days.
